Detailed Murchison falls Uganda safari itinerary
Day 1 Murchison falls NP
You will arrive at Entebbe international airport and be picked up by our guide to a recreation place for relaxation for a short time from the long journey to arrival after which you will embark on a 6-hour journey to Murchison falls national park; the oldest and largest national park in Uganda, prior to the evening time. You will go to your lodge premises, leave your luggage there and then go for an evening boat cruise along the river Nile towards the strongest falls in the world. There you will also watch a lot of water birds like the shoebill stork part of more than 450 bird species in the park, hippos, and numerous numbers of Nile crocodiles some of the largest in size of their kind.

Day 2 Murchison falls N.P game drives
On this second day in the park, you will embark on game drives in the morning and in the evening in the rich wild expanse of this magnificent park. The wide range of wildlife from Africa’s big 5; lions, elephants, leopards, buffaloes, the largest numbers of wild Rothschild’s giraffes, waterbucks, kobs, antelopes, warthogs, reptiles, hippos, crocodiles, birds, zebras, vervet monkeys, baboons, among others.

Day 3 Entebbe international airport
On this day, you will have a trek to the top of the falls for the best visibility of this world phenomena; the strongest falls on the planet, with 3,000 cubic litres of water per second through an eight-meter corridor cascading down a 43-meter height into the “the devil’s caldron” forming a white mist and a signature rainbow producing a loud sound from the powerful force of the water of the river Nile. After this magnificent scene, you will continue with a game drive as you are moving out of the Murchison falls back to Kampala and finally to Entebbe international airport.
